Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (or washed), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at lifeofrunningkm@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For all returns a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Paid shipping costs not included in returned amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If not done so by 7 days after receiving order then it will be ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized items are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item or what is considered a customized item. We do not accept returns nor exchanges for items shipped overseas. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items after the 30-day period. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For all exchanges the customer is required to pay the return cost of the item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Discounts will not be refunded. The shipping fee will be deducted from refunded amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Overseas Purchases

We do not offer refunds for items purchased from overseas. We are unable to offer refunds to items if the import tax is considered to be too high. Please advise that it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and valid address for international orders. Under the single circumstance that an item is shipped overseas and returned to sender (Life of Running), the refund amount will be less the shipping cost as there is no way to void that label purchase. 

Cancellation Fee

Any cancellation of an order is subject to a $7 cancellation fee.
