This plan is perfect for someone who has ran a couple of races and now wants to tackle a half marathon. There is one speed/tempo session a week, one long run, 2 rest days and a total of 4 runs. The only prerequisites is to be able to run continuously with minimal to no stopping breaks for 30 minutes.
