The goal of this training is to get you from not running at all to finishing a 5k race. The plan is set up into 8 weeks where you will do interval training for time. The intervals build up from a 3 min walk : 1 min jog to 30 sec walk: 6 min run. Intervals and times are different every day to keep it fun and interesting every day.
